Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before will result in a charge equal to the full session rate. Trainer reserves the right to waive fees at their discretion under exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, severe weather conditions or bereavement. Proof may be required.
